Printed just for you - each tumbler is printed on demand by our print partner. Currently, tumblers are taking around 2-3 weeks to arrive after ordering. Orders placed and needed under this recommended timeframe cannot be canceled for any reason, so please make sure this timeframe works for you, before purchasing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since this is a custom printed on demand product there are no returns or exchanges on tumblers.
However, replacements are available for items lost or damaged during shipping. Replacements will be for exact item(s) purchased and must be reported by customer within the first 21 days after delivery. Mistakes reported after those 21 days cannot be corrected per our print partner's policy.
Also, since we do not produce our tumblers in studio we do not have replacement lids available for purchase. Thank you!
